Czech digital adoption platform Product Fruits secures $1.6M in equity funding

  • AI-driven digital adoption platform Product Fruits secured a second funding round of $1.6 million, bringing its total funding to $3.5 million within a year.
  • Reflex Capital is the sole investor in the new round of fundraising.
  • This funding follows Product Fruits’ significant year-over-year growth, achieving a fourfold increase in market prominence.

With $3.5 million in funding from Lighthouse Ventures, LVRG Business Funding, Venture to Future Fund, and Reflex Capital, the Czech startup is continuing its growth as it introduces a new AI product. The startup offers an intuitive and adaptive platform for creating user onboarding workflows, which has positively impacted revenue.

Product managers often struggle to create effective onboarding and engagement flows and content that isn’t a total bore. That’s where Product Fruits comes in, acting as an integrated layer within a website or app that can automatically create highly customisable user onboarding workflows.

No matter the browser or the developer framework, Product Fruits helps integrate product walkthroughs, support buttons, feedback widgets, knowledge databases, and more – all without coding.

Its AI-powered DAP generates optimized in-app workflows based on users’ behavior insights. On the back-end, Product Fruits’ proprietary AI system also assesses the likelihood of client conversion, helping streamline and significantly improve sales team targeting.

This system takes the guesswork out of customer conversion by automatically monitoring and analyzing user behavior, and pinpointing key differences between successful and unsuccessful users. Absolutely no technical or analytical expertise is needed to identify where improvements are necessary.

“Product Fruits is actively harnessing the game-changing power of AI for digital adoption solutions, and we’re doing it in a way that isn’t just for show. This funding round will make it possible for us to see the project through. Considering the downturn in funding across the tech industry, we also take this as a heartening endorsement of the success we’ve already had and the promise we’re demonstrating,” said Ladislav Salom, co-founder of Product Fruits.

SMEs and enterprise clients within the U.S. market in particular have emerged as Product Fruits’ primary revenue driver, with the European market not far behind. In addition to funding AI development, the company plans to use the latest funding round to grow its staff by no fewer than ten people. Having signed over thousand customers, including Sanofi, Rakuten, and Mango, Product Fruits is having noticeable growth across its business.

“We are thrilled to support Product Fruits in their journey. Their innovative use of AI aligns perfectly with our investment strategy, and we are confident in their ability to redefine the digital adoption landscape through AI-driven solutions,” added Roman Horacek, Partner at Reflex Capital.
