Ariba (SAP Business Network) is the worlds business commerce network. It combines industry-leading cloud-based applications with the world’s largest web-based trading community to help companies discover and collaborate with a global network of partners. Using the SAP Business Network, businesses of all sizes can connect to their trading partners anywhere, at any time from any application or device to buy, sell and manage their cash more efficiently and effectively than ever before.
Key responsibilities:
- Assessment of customer needs
- Active role in data gathering and analysis
- Provides on-going support of cloud based products of the SAP Ariba platform solutions
- Supports already live projects
- Coordinate resolution of troubleshooting and post go live issues
- Provides clear communication to customers
- Easily adopt new solutions and share/redistribute knowledge with team mates
- Detail oriented with strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to set priorities
- Good and clear presentation, written and verbal communication skills
The skillset we’re looking for:
- Experience in preparing and delivering analyses and presentations to customers or internally
- Experience in working in a multinational environment
- Program and customer/supplier relationship management experience
- Understanding of Accounts Payable and Procurement processes and Buyer/Supplier interfaces
- Fluency in German or French
Nice to have experience:
- Experience in B2B/E-commerce is a plus
- Experience in end-user training and change management is a plus
- Knowledge of HTML and XML and/or EDI is a plus
- Basic understanding of web and network security standards and protocols (SSL, SSO, HTTPS, certificates) is a plus
