The Bulgarian technology firm SiteGround clinched top honors by securing both a Gold and a Bronze Stevie Award in the 20th Annual International Business Awards, BTA reports. The company proudly announced its distinction in two categories: Corporate & Community – Green Event and Customer Service Department of the Year.

The Stevie Awards stand as the pinnacle of recognition for professionals in customer service, contact center operations, business development, and sales. This year’s edition attracted an impressive array of over 3,700 nominations hailing from 61 nations and territories. The judging process took place in June and July, involving the evaluation of entries by more than 230 executives from around the world, with winners emerging based on their average scores.

A shining example of achievement, SiteGround earned a Gold Stevie Award for its noteworthy contribution to The Shackleton Mission, advocating for the expansion of protected areas in the Southern Ocean by an impressive 4,000,000 km2. The company’s dedication to this cause exemplifies its commitment to environmental responsibility. In addition, the company’s Customer Care team’s exceptional efforts secured a well-deserved Bronze Stevie Award.
