Montenegro’s tech scene is still developing but showing promise with a rise in IT education and an increased focus on digitalization. There’s an encouraging trend towards tech entrepreneurship, but it has yet to produce a unicorn. Vitalik Buterin is now a citizen of Montenegro, so we are expecting some serious crypto projects there in the near future!
